I'd vote for Counter Strike as I do believe that is free :+ .

Whatever game you choose, I think I'm pretty certain I don't have it, but in order to make it a good place, I'll probably buy it.

I have played Counter-strike a bit, but not that much. However, I can take time off to learn about a game and help set it up.

CS:S would be my choice, for 4 reasons:
1. I have it :P
2. I think it needs way more teamwork then CoD4.
3. It's not very expensive, and easy to get with Steam (and portable!)
4. "We" already have a CoD5 server ;) We being TK2, but it is on our server, soo ... If there is a lot of intrest in CoD5 then I'm sure we can cooperate with Tk2 on that.

How about MTA (Multi Theft Auto), GTA multiplayer style?

I used to play it a bit (SA), but because of the servers being full of complete asses and admins using their powers to their own advantage (and actually mine too) I stopped - and it wasn't on one it happened, it happened on all...

However, I'd really like to see a BlackIntel server there, as it, as I recall, was quite a popular game. So if we can attract the right kind of people there, we should also be able to become more popular.

I don't know much about how it's run, etc. but I'll begin to look into it if others support it.

Its not very easy to get for me with Steam. 2 Problems: Its 18+ in Germany and its counted as one of the most used KillerGames (the most of the pupils who went to school with guns played it before).
>> Ok i am allowed to play some of the 18+ games, but since its a KillerGame i am not allowed to buy it.

Tbh, I have never seen any scientific report stating that ANY game has ANY negative effect on persons that have a stable mind. Only people that are sensitive to addictions, or are of VERY aggressive nature might be affected by games.

Remember, its Germany.  They aren't even allowed BLOOD in a game.  The Violence restrictions in Germany are utterly ridiculous...  no problems with making some of the most extreme adult movies though.
