My dad's turning 50...

And because of that, my mom and I just arranged a bit of a surprise for my father - he is turning 50 this Wednesday, and they are currently in Italy on vacation, but I'm not there as I'm taking care of their house, watching and caring for the cats, and the rabbit.

The surprise is, that tomorrow I'm gonna fly down there, celebrate my dad Wednesday, and Thursday I'll fly home.

This got planned just now (which coincidently also explains why I have to fly so F@#/)(#")ing early 7.40 in the morning is..).

Like the idea, I think your dad will like it. Only thing you did wrong, is that you don't stay longer in Italy on holiday.

Well... I'll just reply to you, as I replied to a colleague of mine: Ah, I'll think of you, when I'm down by the pool, drinking a cold beer in the warm Italy... ;D ;D

I don't drink, and Scotland is *too* hot, atm.  I'd love for it to get a wee bit cooler.  And I'm sure you think of me all the time anyway :).
