So what games are we playing now?
« on: April 04, 2014, 07:17:07 pm »

Just wondering what everyone is playing at the moment.

Obviously I play Planetside. Recently I've been fiddling with Battlefield 4 and also been messing in general with the assassins creed games.

Planetside 2, Guild Wars 2, Payday 2 (with family), State of Decay and Counter Strike: GO.
I think that sums up my list of played games at the moment.

Now my new PC is up and running, I plan to be playing Renegade X, Max Payne 3 and some Planetside 2 (assuming someone can help me keep up with the clan).

It didn't have keyboard or mouse support during the early access, but since then it was patched in, and completely playable with them, I have zero issues with it tbh. Also, the game is tons of fun (I bought the 1st DLC for it too, and plan to buy the next one as well). It has it's bugs, but overall, gameplay-wise I think it delivers. :)

PS2 on sundays with yinz, BF4 on saturdays with GC, and hardly anything during the week anymore.

tempted to buy FFXIV and go hunt down taeng but I know if I do that you may never see me ever again.

star citizen dog fighting module is supposed to release in a couple weeks here, so those interested can melt your video cards soon.

Well if you do decide to sell your soul to FFXIV then be aware that the game is fairly cheap at £20/$30 and is on sale more often than not, plus it comes with 30 days of free game time. I'm not going to lie, the game will take up a lot of your time (like any other MMO) but it's perfect for me as I rarely play PS2 anymore besides Sundays.

Don't tell me it's cheap, it will make me want to get it more and there's no way I can handle an MMO (Bar Planetside that doesn't come with all of the MMO addictiveness)

Well that's what I like about FFXIV, it's pretty ''chill'' in comparison to other MMOs that I've played. I don't feel that need to rush to end game, though that could just be my attitude that I went into the game with and not the game itself. Hell, I've probably spent way to much time fishing while listening to the great music, which I know doesn't sound very interesting at all.

Dark Souls 2 when it comes out on PC. Nice BDay gift from my friends.

Planetside 2 if I'm free on Sundays.

Some Warband every now and then

And a TON of backlog wii games and DS/3DS games.
