Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
« on: November 20, 2010, 11:01:19 pm »

Well, finally a good one comes out again. It's been five years since Most Wanted.

Well, I'll probably get this fairly soon, so I'm wondering who's gonna get this one too? They have pretty interesting online modes. Every review site gave it really good scores.

I tried it on my laptop, and besides my laptop being slightly too slow to play it 100% fluent, I'm not so sure on how good it actually is. I'm not that much sucked into the game as I have been with NFS:MW or Undercover.

I wouldn't trust review sites too much.
The last years it's rare to see actually anything below a 7 on game reviews. I can remember the time some games really got a 3 as a mark, with 10 being the highest. Too bad that commerce is so good in fucking things up.

It's usually good to read reviews from less know sites like the one I linked to. They tend to not be bought out by the developers.

I wouldn't call RPS "less known", to be honest.
