hi I just joined you clan. could you tell me alittle bit about your selves, clan, and servers :)

Welcome to BlackIntel.
Im pretty sure dex or co will be around soon to tell you about our history and things like that if you're interested. You should also check out Ventrilo (http://www.blackintel.org/?page=servers) (bottom of that page), we often have clan members on our ventrilo client that are also in game.

Hey shippo, welcome to BI. :) It's hard to just tell "something about" us, but there's some info on the servers page (http://www.blackintel.org/?page=servers) and on the clan page (http://www.blackintel.org/?page=clan). If there's anything specific you want to know, feel free to ask... I guess I'm just bad at writing "about us" stories. ;)

As I wrote in the e-mail, why not tell us something about you too?
As you know I'm DKDexter999 (mostly shortened to Dex, Dexter, DK,
I'm Danish, 19 years of age, and..... uh... not much else really... I love Renegade.
We share our server with our partners, TheKOSs2 (http://www.thekoss2.org), in order to provide a unique server, with different server setups; every three maps the game setup will differ.
Not much to say about our clan except that we're a weird, nice, (mostly) young, cozy bunch... Hope you'll like it!

Just to give a little background on myself, I have been playing renegade for about 7-8 months now. I have never joined a clan so this is my first. I usually play on fnfall/gamerz0ne marathon server. I'm also a member of gamerz0ne. I’m American and I live on the west coast. Best times for me to play are 3:00-6:00 pm GMT –8 or if you use military time, 15:00-18:00 GMT -8. Also do you have a player times page? (list of times members play) If not I will go make one for you if you like :)
I would also be interested to know your rank structure.

The player time feature could actually be usefull, certainly if it'd be webbased.
Third:
We don't have a particulate rank structure within our clan, except for recruit (the clan getting to know the new player and vice versa), clan member(all members basically ;) ), and the clan leader. The clan leader will arrange basic day to day stuff like organize trainings and such more.
Something that has to be mentioned: The clan is just one aspect of BlackIntel, mainly we are a community, which means that you don't actually have to join the clan to be able to take part, or become a moderator. Here you got the following "ranks" normal member, moderator (make people obey the rules, particulately ingame) and admin, who would be StealthEye, Ghostshaw, Cat998 and me. We've set BlackIntel up, and made what it is today. We manage the server and manage the financials (server needs money to stay in the datacenter and such ;))

We don't really have ranks...
Our Renegade server has a very unique server setup, which we hope will end up in getting loads and loads of players. It is set by three maps of the "BI game style", which means 400 starting credits, the possibility of blocking your team's harvester, using the !killme command, a special set of altered crates, that vehicle shells appear, and that weapon drops is turned on. Then three maps of "TK2 game style" follows, which means no starting credits, no blocking your team's harvester, the !killme command is off, the crates are set to standard crates, there are no vehicle shells, and weapon drops are turned off.

Then we have our training server, which is just set up to standard Renegade, which is what we primarily will be doing at trainings, if there isn't anything else planned.
