Hello it me -SF-mdluffy from Superior Firepower clan.

I have a question for please.

A while back we banned guy from are server called {AW}Nikhil and now we are trying to remove it. But for some reason it will not let us. We found he is still banned on our server and if possible can someone help us remove him from the banned list. Thank you for you time.

How did you try to remove the ban? Directly deleted in the banlist file?

The ban is now really gone, I removed it manually from the database.
