New clan leader for BlackIntel

I, DKDexter999, have been appointed as the new clan leader for BlackIntel clan, effective immediately.

I have consulted this with EvilWhiteDragon and I will happily do my best to serve the interest of the clan throughout a fair, honest, and active leadership.
