Your definition of easy is one that would call most people "difficult" if not "hard"

yes but sometimes its nice to take a break from something to do other things

Fixed a crash on startup when Mumble was not running.
http://www.blackintel.org/files/blackintel.mumble.zip

Note that it's at the same location as the previous version, so if it still crashes at startup, make sure your browser didn't mess up with caching or w/e (the crash should me mentioned in the change log in the readme.txt).

Just a question: how does it handle long distances? Exemple: I'm in my base and seye is in his: will seye sound very silent? :P

You can set a min distance, a min volume and a max distance. The volume is linear (I think) between min and max distance. It uses the min volume if the distance is greater than the max, and if smaller than the minimum distance I think it uses the bloom * normal volume. So if bloom is 200%, the volume would be twice the normal volume (ie. volume without using positional audio).

What does it say? Does it create a crashdump*.txt? Is some _except.txt file made? Does it mention anything in dlllload.txt (or similar)?

VV, you possibly got the port wrong or something. I think mumble does that "connected/disconnected" thing when it can't connect at all too... Bit weird.
