Is it possible to enable different server messages, as it is in Renegade?

For instance "This server is hosted by BlackIntel - visit us at www.blackintel.org" and "BlackIntel also has a clan for UT3 - go to www.blackintel.org and apply!"

havent seen anything like autoannouncements for UT3 just yet, but if someone could point me towards it I'll install if for sure.
